Our Mission Statement: The Center for Teaching and Learning - ELA provides leadership, professional development, technical assistance, and resources to support high levels of achievement for every student in the NorthEast Washington ESD region.
 
The Humanities team provides support for schools and districts in the following categories:

The English Language Arts department of the Center for Teaching and Learning is here to support you in accelerating achievement for the students of NorthEast Washington.
