hello HHS students this is Mrs any Boone assistant principal of presentation about what school is going to look like next week as we start our in-person instruction I want to give a shout out to my juniors I'm so excited to see you guys in person really really miss you guys so nearest over in this presentation may have more questions about is the daily schedule so I will take some time to talk about that one I'm also been moved to a health survey it will be taken daily to talk to you about where to get talk about what is going to play as you get picked up and dropped off as well as my friend family or in taxis what the  we going to look during passing time up a little bit as well as some classroom procedures that will be a change as well then I'll talk to you about if you want to visit office here in the building what you will have to do library and Locker access and in the last topic after school activities over though is one of the most important part of this presentation so I really want to stop for a second to watch this next part and listen the first thing our negotiable list that must be put on even if you're on a bus on the bus before you walk into the building the mask must be on as you want your temperature when you around others must be warm a health survey will be taken every day and your parents will actually complete that survey for you it's going to be done in the parent portal spell indicate to us that you are cleaner to come to school and you don't have fever you haven't been in contact with anyone with cold and will be checking up on this every single day if you are not in your parents are doing it you will reminded of that and hold of that again if need to be a daily need to remind your parents to do this for you everyday as much as possible we are asking that you wash your hands and this is everywhere in the hallway on the buses in the classroom in offices anywhere you are not by yourself you are maintaining 60 social justice but in this building these are non-negotiables unfortunately we want to do that we have to make sure everyone unfortunately moving on now to the daily schedule a show you guys how to access the website what our schedule will look like of course your individual schedule is in the portal as always so we're going to click on this website here you make this picture and I'm going to make sure that you can see everything what's your on this page you were going to scroll down make sure you're on the high school team scroll down to this part right here return in Espanol we're going to go to the right humerus is home to the schedule part of the website okay are you in seeing the school day is going to start at the same time there are some differences and a length of class classes are 50 minutes and then there is 5 minutes in between each class. reiterate that it must be completed before coming into school by your parents and it's in the parent portal the earliest you will be allowed in the building will be 7:15 a.m. so if you are getting dropped off earlier than you will not be able to come into the building if you were find the bus you will be picked up and dropped off of the building entrance by the guidance counselor offices so that's on the back of the building what is 500 what is my friend whether it's by a taxi or picked up you are getting picked up by your parents entrance so we're just trying to keep people separate stop slow as well as keeping people at large groups from not much as possible so the bus in the back in the front no matter what your temperature will check when you come in as you enter the building building procedures hallway passing time on the floor you will see markers to maintain six feet social distance we also ask as you are walking that you stay to the right on the hallway in your staying to the right of the hallway again I know it was going to be a little weak to do so walking with your friends since but unfortunately that is just the world at this point so you can start talking to people earring in the hallway class if you are going up and down the stairs on for class stairwell stairwell and the Auto Sale will be a down stairwell so you were trying to keep things are so she are asking that is because if your teacher is doing a session with you and your classmates that are remote if you don't have that you're going to be fasting for me different offices if you want to come to an office in the high school such as such as CST your house offices Miss machaca the stack of coordinator guidance counselors you will need to make an appointment with an area as well as distancing in the offices course if there is an emergency you of course can come and see if we're not completely closed we just want to control the flow however if you do have this emergency have to stop in your classroom let the teachers go on to that area again you know we're kind of going to work this stuff out but unless it's an emergency you should not be going to these areas if you are emailing that office and making an appointment that way whether it's a secretary or the person lockers are going to be closed and not accessible to student so you need to make sure you're carrying a backpack if you have stuff that you need to bring with you that you normally have in your locker the library is also open to individual students during study hall you have to stay in your stable activities activities will continue to meet virtually after school the building is really cold offices unless you're an athlete need after dismissal the author include if you are on participating in the sport you will get picked up later on and brought to school you will be here for the specific time frame that was set in the specific areas that have been set for YouTube and then go home and especially after the areas have been cleaned I know this is a lot of stuff I can imagine your head kind of spending right now but if you have questions lyrics principal no question is a dumb question
