We started the month of April off with a full school assembly on Honesty and we will finish the month off with an assembly on Truth. Not only do our assemblies provide an opportunity to deliver some very important messages, they also provide an occasion to celebrate our students and the work they do each and every day. The topic of Honesty was continued in the classroom as teachers and students discussed why “Honesty is the Best Policy”. Parents and family members are always welcome to attend our assemblies.In the middle of April, the grades 1 to 5 students made another trip to Angus McKay to attend an MTYP production of Dib and Dab and the Journey Home. The play provided a great opportunity to partner with Angus and to extend our community of learners beyond the walls of Lord Wolseley.
Thanks again to those parent volunteers who were able to join us to make the trip a safe one.
